*Job Description:*
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
*Responsibilities:*
* Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
* Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
* Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
* Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, and warranties.
* Negotiate sales contracts and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
*Qualifications:*
* At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
