Steps of Faith Child Care Ministry is seeking child caregivers to join our team, specifically in our infant/toddler classrooms.
We are a Christ-centered ministry that has continuously provided a quality child care for Infants to 5 years old.
Our program is structured to ensure that each child receives individual attention and we nurture their imagination through play, music, and art in a loving, safe environment.
To accommodate our growing class sizes, we are seeking candidates for the position of teaching assistant.
We will consider those who are looking to work on a part-time and full-time.
Applicants should:
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Be able to lift up to 30 pounds and squat, sit on the floor, and interact with children for an extended amount of time
* Be available to work a flexible schedule that might begin at 6am and end at 6pm, Monday through Friday (most shifts are 8 hour shifts)
* Be able to work their assigned schedule and be on time every day
* Be able to pass a background check
* Be able to pass a drug screen
* CPR and First Aid Certified, or be willing to obtain
* Prior Early Childhood Education experience (preferred, not required)
* Have or be willing to obtain you Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (preferred, not required)
