Child Care Teacher

Duties - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare setting - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote child development - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Follow established policies and procedures for the safety and well-being of the children - Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements - Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or related field - Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies - Ability to provide compassionate care to infants and young children - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic childcare setting - Experience working with diverse populations of students is a plus - A degree or coursework in early childhood education is desirable but not required •Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and complete onsite trainings, cpr/first aid certification •Have open availability from 7:15AM to 5:15PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
