Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool students - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment - Experience in lesson planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities - Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with special needs is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
